Clement Cheng
Clement Cheng

Clement Cheng has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Trade Finance, specializing in Commodities, risk management, and treasury finance. His career includes 8 years at Barclays and Goldman Sachs, where he addressed corporate commercial hedging needs, followed by 8 years as APAC Head of Corporate Sales at Citigroup Commodities, achieving significant sales growth.

Clement transitioned to the commercial sector, directing business development and trade finance for Chimbusco Pan Nation, a leading fuel supplier in Greater China.  He spearheaded and successfully facilitated sizable fuel oil import & export credit facilities from regional Asian bank counterparties, and yielding significant cost savings for the Company.

Additionally, Clement has extensive experience negotiating with regional Credit Risk officers at investment banks to secure substantial credit limits and has executed over 50 ISDA/CSA agreements. His in-depth knowledge of derivatives hedging strategies, including swaps and options, allows him to effectively mitigate liability price risk. He has cultivated a strong network with Trade Finance institutions across the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singapore.

Sky Sheung

Sky Sheung is a certified accountant and governance professional with an MBA, offering over 24 years of experience in audit, compliance, and financial management within global organizations. He has 8 years of experience at KPMG, China Resources, and Shell, where he acquired expertise in audit and financial analysis across various sectors, including retirement funds, airlines, retail, and oil.

Sky has spent a decade as Controller and Governance Lead at Cisco Systems, where he has successfully driven financial initiatives and process reengineering efforts. Additionally, he has held CFO positions in various corporations across the financial services, commodities, and technology sectors.

Throughout his career, Sky has been involved in significant IPO and M&A projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China, developing financial strategies that drive growth and enhance valuations. His change management techniques, such as in reengineering the Order-to-Invoice workflow, have led to substantial improvements in operational efficiency. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in establishing governance-led processes, including treasury, KYC, and risk control, and has cultivated a strong network with Trade Finance institutions across the Asia Pacific region
